Johannesburg – Friday, 15 August 2025 – 5FM, SA’s favourite youth radio station, has been nominated for Best Local Radio Station in the 2025 Best of Joburg Readers’ Choice Awards, with the station’s flagship breakfast show, 5 Breakfast, also up for Best Local Radio Show and 5 Mid Mornings’ Stephanie Be up for Best Local Radio Personality.
The Best of Joburg Awards celebrate the people, places, and brands that South Africans love most, with winners chosen entirely by public vote. It’s a celebration of excellence, connection, and the standout names that define the heartbeat of the city.
